Managing Member, Affiliated Property Services
Clem graduated from Tufts University in 2009 with a degree in English and joined Affiliated Private Investors full-time in 2012. He led API’s first expansion into commercial real estate in 2014 as the largest LP in a fund focused on grocery-anchored shopping centers in the Southeast. From 2012 to 2019 he made direct investments in condominiums, single-family homes, and multifamily apartments. Today, as Managing Member of Affiliated Property Services, Clem applies that owner-operator perspective to day-to-day management across Palm Beach County. Founding Partner & Managing Member, Principal Broker
James is a founding partner of Affiliated Property Services. A 2010 graduate of the University of Alabama, James brings over fifteen years of real estate experience to the team. He began his career specializing in multifamily acquisitions and management for Summit Enterprises in Virginia before moving into industrial and office buildings with NAI Global in 2014. After founding his own brokerage in Virginia, James moved to Florida and opened PB Realty Advisors in 2020. He is a licensed real estate broker in Florida and Virginia. Founding Partner & Operations Manager
Tyler graduated from Plymouth State University in 2024 with a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus in data analytics. He joined Corbin Turrell Real Estate shortly thereafter and helped launch Affiliated Property Services. At APS, Tyler oversees the property technician team and day-to-day site operations, leads vendor coordination and unit turns, and manages office systems, reporting, and resident communications. He also serves as the primary contact for clients, translating portfolio goals into actionable maintenance and capital plans. His data-driven, owner-operator approach keeps properties running smoothly and projects on schedule. Tyler lives in West Palm Beach.
Lead Property Technician
Felipe joined the Corbin Turrell/APS family in 2020 and today leads maintenance for Affiliated Property Services. A 2000 graduate of Inter American University of Puerto Rico–San Germán with a focus in marine biology, he brings nearly three decades of hands-on construction and building-systems experience to the team. Felipe oversees preventative maintenance programs, unit turns, and vendor coordination; he’s equally at home troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues as he is coaching residents on safe, efficient home care. Known for his calm, detail-first approach and “fix it right the first time” standard, Felipe helps keep APS properties running smoothly and residents happy across Palm Beach County. He lives in Boynton Beach with his wife and daughter and breeds rare fish in his free time.
